1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use mohd44's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be an individual registering in your own name — not on behalf of another person or a company.

3 Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary account closure request by the member.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
